Question: How can i lose tummy fat quickly?
I have a pudgy bloated belly and i want to get rid of it for my birthday party. I dont have much time to eat healthily but i have enough time in the night to excersise.

You can't target specific areas for weight loss. The body just doesn't work that way. The best idea is to eat well, and exercise. The type of exercise doesn't matter. Sit ups, push ups, bench press, squats, it really doesn't matter. What matters is the calorie burn, since your body will not burn fat from just the area you are working.



20 days is plenty to start eating healthy, so I hope you didn't think you could use that as an excuse to eat junk food. Just cut the sodas and fried foods - no diet sodas either since carbonation is air-bubbles (bloating). Eat whole grains, fruits, veggies, lean proteins, calcium-rich foods, etc. Drink plenty of water. Get plenty of sleep.

I had the same problem, (well i always had flat stomach but still)
last year i put on weight and just before summer my stomach was..well chubby
All i did to make it flat was :
100 sit ups -when you wake up
100 sit ups -when you go to bed
And sit ups when you're watching tv and youre just bored,
So you will usually do about 350 sit ups per day :)
after few weeks you will see the difference, and ofc eat healthy and cut odwn on sweets :)

depending on your age has alot to do with it, if you can running is always a great way to lose fat, but only if you keep up with it. run till you sweat then run some more. that combined with eating healthy, you could lose 10lbs a week.
