How to get lower abs?!


Question: How to get lower abs?
Well i have a four pack, and the bottom two abs have shape to them but not definition or size. I am a pretty skinny person, i am told so all the time. I'm 18 about 5,10 and 150 lbs, but lots of that is upper body muscle, not fat. So i don't believe its my body fat that is the problem.... Any suggestions

i just asked my mom the same questioned i have a 6 pack and i want a 8 pack this is what im doing now to get it and it is working.i lay on the floor put my legs in the air straight raise my butt off the ground straight up do not go backwards do 20 of them 4 times a day.

lay on your back and put your legs at 90 to 80 degree angle from the ground. Then pretend to ride a bicycle for about 30 seconds, then ten second rest repeat that about six times a day.

Muscle building exercise. Do crunches with ur legs strait instead of being bent, lots of them. Do as many leg raising exercises as u can
