i know exactly how you feel- I have the same problem!
It is actually healthier for you to have lots of little snacks throughout the day rather than over indulging in three large meals. Its better to have things that are healthy but fill you up enough. For example, i like fruit loaf. It's healthy and keeps you going for a while. I also LOVE smoothies because they're really filling and healthy.
