How can i lose 5 pounds?!


Question: How can i lose 5 pounds?
I am in my mid 30's and weigh between 137-140. I would like to lose 5 pounds but have been at a plataeu for the last 6 months! I already jog 20 min 4 times a week and eat normally less than 1500 calories a day. I don't want to do anymore than this but am feeling I will have to lose more.

Plateau stinks.. I was stuck at 142 for who knows how long. I added 15 minutes to my cardio workout (used to be 30 doing 6 mph for 30 minutes straight, now I do 45 minutes). I do interval workout instead of one mph because it'll keep burning your calories after working out... Be sure you lift weights (probably a good idea to do circuit training) since lifting is key for fat burn. People may overdo themselves doing cardio getting no results at all. Now I weight 137. I'm 31 years old. Those very last pounds are so hard to lose. Check ur diet - maybe eat nuts, berries, chicken, brocolli, any food that targets fat! :o)
