Do you have to delay exercising temporarily for your body to realize its getting!
Question: Do you have to delay exercising temporarily for your body to realize its getting food 6 times a day?
I'm trying to burn the fat so I'm wanting to do cardio, but I was told the body has to realize its getting 6 small meals per day before it stops holding on to fat...so doing cardio would be counterproductive in the meantime. True or Not? If true, then how long should I wait before doing cardio again?
Answers:
Oh brother. Do your exercises! There are no rules on waiting to do that. The way it works is that the body burns calories a LONG time after exercising, so NOT exercising would be counterproductive. And, muscles burn more calories than fat does. So building muscle is a very GOOD thing. Your person who told you that is wrong. Do your work!
