what is a very low calorie meal plan?!


Question: What is a very low calorie meal plan?
Ok so im 13 and i wanna just loose about 15 pounds for summer and i want a low calorie meal plan to help cuz i do a sport 2(horseback riding). i am 108 pounds and 5''5 incase that helps....i also need stuff for lunch to bring to school.........

When I saw this question I was like ; time to tell someone to go vegetarian! But it seems you are....I'm also a fellow vegie. BTW...15 ibs in 3 months?! You have plenty of time...you can probably manage eating doughnuts everyday for a month and still have a chance to lose 15 ibs by June.

What to eat at home:
Breakfast- 1) *THIS ONE IS BEST CHOICE* Any grain cereal (cheerios, ksmart) that's lowfat and eat w/ Silk Soymilk ....make sure it's SILK brand.
2)Egg whites with soy bacon/hotdogs and vegan cheese or any lowfat cheese if you're not vegan
3) Low-fat yogurt with berries and sugar substitute.

Lunch in school- 1) Apple slices with a seperate contaner of peanut butter to dip in
2) Whole wheat-breaded sandwhich with sugar-free jam and peanut butter.
3) Fruits....oranges, apples, berries etc..
4) *MY FAVORITE* Whole wheat bread with Morningstar Brand veggie baked ham slices and low-fat cheese. mmmmmm!

Dinner-
1)Whole wheat pasta with marinara sauce (STAY AWAY FROM ANY CREAMY ALFREDO SAUCES!)
2) Morningstar brand ready-packs of BBQ ribs
3) Morningstar chiken nuggets
4) Veggies and low-fat dip.
5) Have another bowl of Silk Soymilk cereal!

I'm really in favor of Morningstar Brand veggie foods.....you can find dinners, breakfasts and lunches all ready for you!


This is a very low calorie and healthy meal plan...you'll get plenty of whole grains, fibers, vitamins, and protein.....Silk Soymilk is low calorie and has calcium, vitamin D and basically everything else!

I FORGOT TO ADD SNACKS! How could I?!
-Whole wheat pretzel sticks
-Cut up some apple slices
-Grapes
-Whole wheat crackers with cheese
-Lays light&tasty potato chips

37 years experience of being vegetarian and raising 3 vegetarian children!

Firstly, i agree, you do not need to lose weight. a very low calorie meal plan is known as "starving yourself". I do NOT recommend it since you basically ruin your body: you lose muscle mass, you lack vitamins and minerals etc.



5'5" at 108lbs is actually quite underweight. You should be between 120ish and 140is, depending on your frame.

At 5'4" you are still quite underweight. Even more so than at 5'5".



if you really are 5'5" 108 you DO NOT need to lose any weight, if anything you should gain some.
sounds like you have an eating disorder..
