Depending on your current weight and body type you need to figure out how many calories you need to burn everyday in order for any weight loss to occur. Because if you are bringing in more calories then you are burning. then not much is going to change.

For a example: someone who brings in at least 2000 calories per day and workouts to burn At Least 1500 calories per day can loss around 2-3 per week. I should know, this is my plan and it works great with the help of products like Double X from http://smartbuys4u.com that helps keep my body healthy and alert with the complete complex of vitamins etc it contains.

I don't understand why you people make losing weight out to be such a big deal. Consume ~1200 calories/day and work out for an hour 4-5 days/week. You're not going to last eating the same boring meals every day.
