I want more muscle definition.?!


Question: I want more muscle definition.?
I have been lifting weights for over a year now and i have gotten quite big and i am fairly defined but i want to be much more defined. I have a god meal plan and a good routine. The only thing i really need to know is if doing say 15 - 20 reps while mixing in some cardio will give me the definition i want in time.

I've heard circuit training is really good for building lean and defined muscles.

doing high reps low weight will not necessarily help, what you need to do is to keep up the low rep weight training to maintain muscle mass, but introduce cardio (preferably HIIT high intensity) into your workout and count your carbs and calories so that you burn more cals then you eat.
