Is it BAD to stretch instantly after each set of exercises?!

Question: Is it BAD to stretch instantly after each set of exercises?
Okay, I am not sure, but I have a vertical training program I made. Anyway, so I do sets of Slalom Jumps off one leg, Low Box Depth Jumps & Burpees. So I do 1 minutes on one leg of Slalom Jumps, 3 times per leg. Is it fine if I do 1 set of a leg, do calf stretches, then do the other leg, calf stretches, then so on? Or will that affect the growth of the Muscle Tissues? Same with Low Box Depth Jumps & Burpees, after each set, can I do the stretches that will make me not sore and prevent my muscles from getting strained and pulled? Or will that make the muscle tissue not grow back the next day, or like not grow back as big as it could?

What I mean & How it would work:

1 minute Slalom Jump (right leg)
right calf stretch
1 minute Slalom Jump (left leg)
left calf stretch
1 minute Slalom Jump (right leg)
right calf stretch
1 minute Slalom Jump (left leg)
left calf stretch
1 minute Slalom Jump (right leg)
right calf stretch
1 minute Slalom Jump (left leg)
left calf stretch

Then it would be the same for burpees, 20 burpees, stretch, 20 burpees, stretch etc. Then same for Low Box Jumps, 10 Jumps, stretch, 10 Jumps, stretch etc.

Answers:

You would cause more harm than good to do that much stretching. You honestly would just need to stretch at the beginning and the end of the complete workout

It is good to get moving first, stretch for a few min. and continue on. One your already lose there is no reason to keep stretching.

Medical background
