I lost 57 lbs in 3 months doing cardio. Now my skin on face and under arm is loo!


Question: I lost 57 lbs in 3 months doing cardio. Now my skin on face and under arm is loose.?
I need help to make my face look brighter. Please tell me any exercise I should do to have tight skin.

You need to tone your muscles. Try lifting a few weights to get rid of those loose bits and build up your muscles.



excersizes do not make skin tighter
it can burn fat but not skin...if u want brighter skin your either going to want to use makeup or (for crazy ppl) get plastic surgery to cut away the skin(i advise not to)



That is why you're supposed to do strength training so your skin will mold to the muscle once the fat is gone



you should have been doing toning exercises why you were loosing.



usually lifting weights help you just need turn that skin into muscle
