Is running on the treadmill everyday for 30 minutes...?!


Question: Is running on the treadmill everyday for 30 minutes...?
and doing crunches for twenty minutes and doing arm work outs for ten minutes a good method for working out? How long would I have to do it to see results? I know everyones body works differently... but on average...

Answers:

Sounds good to me. I would switch it up a bit a few times a week- maybe do 45 minutes on the treadmill at a time- and add some weights to add muscle which will help tone and burn calories.



I did that but gave up on week 2

there is no average for weit loss especially if u dont give a weight number anyways...the bigger u r the quicker ull lose,if your around a average persons size it can take 2-4weeks



Yes that's really good, you should start feeling a slight difference within a week. But every ones different.



on average 6 weeks to see very noticable results.



Have to do cardio for 3-4 x a week at 40 min sessions. running is a great way to get your cardio in



Coulnt get much better than that!
