Question: I want to lose weight!?
Ive tried workout videos and healthy living choices(not diets! :)) .. everything i can and im still not satisfied.
i want something that is proven to work. whatever it is... i need some help in doing so.
im 17, female, and looking to lose 15 lbs. my doctor said there is no need to be concerned. im athletic.. boo hoo that means nothing to me. :]
any tips you may have ?!?!?

A good nutrition plan and exercise routine is essential...I know duh right? Make sure you have complex carbs in your meals by adding fruits and grains. Be sure to have resistance training in your exercise routine and you do your cardio after the resistance training. This will help burn fat faster and add lean body mass to give you that tight body look. Being "athletic" I'm assuming you either have a high amount of lean body mass or your are not too overwieght. Maybe 15lbs is not the ideal goal, maybe you goal might be to tighten up your stomach, legs, arms, I am adding that statement because of your comment about the doctor.

Diet and exercise to lose weight. You have to find the diet that works for you. I tried over 25 diets before I found one that worked. Make sure you incorporate exercise with a diet and you should lose the weight. All the best,

First, you should try to go to a gym or a workout place. And if you want to keep it up, you need a lot of willpower. A LOT! But you should like go with your dad or mom or any guardian that'll show you what you should do.
