Question: Is this not healthy to have?
is a 180 calories wrap with ketchup and cheese bad to have for dinner when trying to lose weight? (home made pizza)

In my opinion that is very unhealthy

ketchup- contains sugar in the form of high-fructose corn syrup. If you are trying to lose weight, the last thing you need is something sweetened with high-fructose corn syrup.
Wrap- probably contains "white flour" which is empty calories
cheese- Contains saturated fat and cholesterol.
-the sodium from these 3 things combined, is probably a little much. Keep track of sodium intake also

Eat foods like beans, peanuts, whole grains, brown rice, carrots, lettuce, apples, bananas, etc.



yeah basically..you need some sort of protein and veggies...
what if you have your homemade pizza, but dont use ketchup..eww
either eat an organic tomato sauce, or make your own, or even use tomato slices as your "sauce" then layer up on veggies on top of your wrap..yopu can use peppers, onions, olives, mushrooms, eggplant, cucumbers, spinach leafs...so much! then use a low fat or fat free cheese..but not a lot..just a sprinkle and then let it cook in the over...
now THATS a healthy meal to lose weight!
