Question: Can I start doing pilates? I'm 14..?
I'm 14, and I wanna start doing pilates. Am I too young? No, I'm not trying to lose weight.

Yep! I'm a 15 year old girl and my mother signed us up at a gym!
I workout in the gym 3 days a week, I lift weights, run, and my gym carries pilate classes, I take them 5 days a week, I LOVE pilates, it gave me a strong, toned, stomach..It also strengthened my arms, legs, and butt. I highly recommend it! your never too young to start exercise! everyone can/should exercise! it doesn't matter how young or old you are! it's actually better to start young! that way you'd grow up to be healthy and fit



Never, Pilates is a great workout for all ages! Go for it!



I'm on P90X and I'm only a little older than you. Go for it. ;)
