Could I lose body fat with the following exercises?!


Question: Could I lose body fat with the following exercises?
I'm 16 years old, and have a BMI of 27 (height - 5'9 and weight 185-190lbs)
I'm planning on losing around 2 stones of body fat, or less if I reach my target by then (which is to have a flat stomach and chest.)
Below are the exercises I will be performing daily:
(*) 40 minutes shadow boxing.
(*) 40 minutes running.
(*) Scheduled weight-training activities.
(*) 1,000 star jumps.

The scheduled weight training exercises vary daily (E.G. Monday - Triceps & Abs. Tuesday - Biceps & Shoulders) and I'm aware that with muscle training comes added weight. I'm looking for BODY FAT loss, not overall weight loss.

Paired with healthy eating and plenty of water, do you think I would reach my desired goal in 3 months?

Answers:

Well, thats a lot of cardio that will take a right bit of time. It will also be a bit boring and hard to keep up. You should try a full body, bodyweight workout that will improve your strength and rev up your metabolism. There are loads examples on youtube but this is one good one. Just do as many reps and sets as possible and keep improving on your numbers, all the best
