Question: How long will it take to lose 15 pounds if...?
everyday i'm going to the gym, 30 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes of tredmill (incline 15, speed 3.0) and 15 minutes of weight lifting, how long will it take to lose 15 pounds? i'm 5'5" and 145. and any suggestions on how to get rid of loose skin on stomach and flabby arms? please and thanks

best way to loose weight is to take a multi vitamin like "one a day". then when you work out build up a sweat. you can work out for a year and not shed a pound. sweating and raising your heart rate is the key



It depends on what you are eating and how old you are. 30 mins on the elliptical = 250 calories. If you are over 50, you need 250 calories less than you did 10 or 15 years ago.

I'd say that with cutting back 200-400 calories a day and doing the exercise you are, you can see a weight loss of about 1 to 1 1/2 lbs a week. Don't get discouraged- I'm nearly on the same routine and this is what I am seeing in myself
