Question: How long would it take to lose 15 pounds?
I am 12 years old, 5 foot 3 and I weigh 130 pounds. If I ride bike for 1 hour, play basketball for 30 minutes, jump rope for 30 minutes and fast walk for 1 hour how long would it take to lose 15 pounds?

It really depends on how much you eat. Try and cut high fatty foods from your diet and cut sugar such as soda and candy. This should help. Everyone's body is different so there is no magic formula for calculating how long it will take you to loose weight. My advise is to not worry how long but that you are healthy and active. You should loose the weight quick enough. If I had to take a guess it would be between 1 or 2 months. Best of luck



If you're doing ever thing correctly it should be 3 weeks or less but you have to healthy no icecream fried foods none of that



it depends on the amount of calorie intake and outtake. But in your situation if you eat healthy and exercise 2+ hours a day, then 2 months.
