Question: Ok so i have a few questions about fitness, can anybody help me?
Ok first off, i know i need to stop eating junk food, but it is really hard for me, and i want to get a flat stomach. so does anybody have any ideas on how i can stop eating junk food? On how i can be stronger and stop myself from taking that cookie or whatever? And if i get up early everyday and do some work outs, will this do me better? Like whats the significances of doing this?

if you want to get a flat stomach look towards a healthy diet and cardio exercises

doing cardio ( 20min + ) in the morning is great for burning fat, even after a small breakfast (e,g 50-80 calories). This will also put your matabolism at its all time high for the rest of the day so after doing your jog in the morning on basically an empty stomach, your body will naturaly eat away at the fat, so this would be the best time to eat junky food, when your metabolism is burning the fats, so this way your killing 2 birds with one stone, your burning fat and eating what your crave without putting it on

Number one set a goal for yourself. And tell someone this goal. Have someone keep you accountable. Also start working out. I would suggest running. This will help you to loose weight. When you start working out many times you start craving healthier foods because your body needs the nutrients. And remember that it is okay to have a cookie or soda everyonce in a while just not all the time. Don't cut your calories below 1,500 per day. If you want a flat stomach you need to loose weight. If you want toned abs you need to do crunches combined with loosing weight. If you have a layer of fat over your abs you will never see them no matter how strong they are. Also to cut snacking drink water. Many times your body will tell you to eat when you actually need to drink. So keep a water bottle handy. Best of luck.
