according to your BMI, you're normal weight.

if you want to loose weight, run around your neighborhood, starting with a mile and then work your way up. you can also try swimming.

eat healthy. don't eat junk food daily, or even weekly. drink lots of water. and sleep early.

I would really advise you to not diet when you are still growing, which at 14 you are. Your weight is probably a little slimmer than most, and theres a good chance you will get a bit taller. Your weight will absolutely even out as long as you maintain an active lifestyle and eat everything in moderation.

If you want to be more healthy obviously cut out 'treats' which are being eaten in excess if you do at all, but don't deprive yourself.

Although society may not generally push real healthy behaviors (Excessive weight or underweight women/Overeating/undereating), at so young an age you have the chance to be healthy and stay healthy. So aim to eat plenty of veggies-Generally anything colorful is really healthy, carbs (potatoes/whole grain bread and pasta) and protein (Cheese, beans, nuts and lean meat if you eat it)

There are a lot of healthier alternatives to ordinarily unhealthy food, so perhaps looking online for recipes or buying a cook book which specializes in a cuisine you like best.

As for exercise, find things you like to do, tidy a bit more, walk places instead of lifts, perhaps try trampolining or dance.

Hun, do NOT listen to King Brar. You are NOT overweight, at all. Not even a little bit.
Your BMI is in a healthy range, and is not close to be over weight. Although BMI is not the best way to measure the health of a person it is a rough start on where you are.As a fourteen year old your weight is going to fluctuate and you are still probably going to grow.
Now, exercise is always a healthy thing but tips for losing weight just are not smart. You don't need to lose weight. Just make sure to stay healthy.
Eating proper foods and exercise are healthy for anyone at any weight.
And please don't listen to anyone who says you are over weight. You are NOT.
Please take care.

Your BMI (Body Mass index) is 22.8 which is within the normal range.

Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
here is a calculator to keep track of your bmi. http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/

Yeah...you should probably cut down your food intake a little and exercise a little everyday

Here are some simple things I recommend: DRINK WATER. I could give you the entire explanation for why this is sooo important but, in short, drinking water will increase your metabolism, cleanse your body, and also help keep you full. Drinking water helps with you skin too! Take it from me, I never ever used to drink enough water, but for the last month I have been drinking TONS! I have a jug of water on my desk at home at all times and I take a water bottle with me everywhere. I drink more than 3 liters every day. At first you'll have to go to the bathroom all the time, but this is just your body getting rid of all the water it stored up over time because it always thought you were dehydrated! You may find that you even lose a little bit of weight while your body is dumping out that old water. I'm addicted to water now! If you can, try to never drink juice or anything, just water.
For a proper explanation of why drinking water is good for weight loss, go to this site, it's awesome:

Less calories in than calories out equals weight loss. This is the simple fact of trying to lose weight. To figure out how many calories you're supposed to eat try a daily calorie intake calculator like this:
http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm
It will tell you how many calories you need to eat a day at your CURRENT weight, now from this number you will want to take away 500 calories. One pound of fat is 3500 calories. If you were trying to burn a pound a week, you would need to eat 500 calories less than your daily intake.

COUNT YOUR CALORIES. This method is just awesome. If you have an ipod, there are TONS of free calorie counting apps. I personally prefer Lose It! even though I'm sure they're all great. You can insert the foods you eat and the nutrition information is all in there. You can put in your exercise, set goals. It will tell you how much you need to eat to lose the weight you want to lose and even tell you the estimated date of when you will be at your goal weight. There are also loads of free calorie counting websites on the internet.

Pay attention to the nutritional data on things. I never used to pay attention to this but now I do and wow I never realized how but some things are for you. Watch a few instructional videos on youtube to figure out what all the little things mean and what's bad and what's good. For example, you should try not to eat anything if it has over 500mg of sodium.

Exeerrciiissseeeeeee! Even if it's just walking here and there, it makes a different, it really does. Exercise and eating right and that's all you need good luck!!!
