I want my arms to be toned but not muscular?!


Question: I want my arms to be toned but not muscular?
My arms always seem out of proportion to my body.
the top of my arms have fat, my triceps?
I have been doing a few different arm exercises with my pound weights every night.
I don't want my arms to be musical, I just want them to be skinny.

Well i can tell u the second pic does not happen by accident.. thats alot of heavy lifting.. and alot of supplments, high calorie consumption.... and also the use of anabolic steroids in many cases...
so your not going to get that.. :)

as for the first pic.. all that takes is high rep weight training 10- 12 reps 4 days a week..
perhaps also some cardio exercise 3 days a week for 30 mins as well

Dear, do not ever worry about looking like the woman in the 2nd pic!

As women, we don't have enough testosterone to bulk up like that naturally. That woman was probably taking LOTS of supplements to get like that. Trust me, I've lifted really heavy weights (50 pounds and sometimes more) and my arms are almost exactly like the 1st pic.

If you want arms like the 1st woman, you have to lose the fat there first. Doing weights won't get rid of the fat, it will just tone the muscle. So my suggestion: lose weight until your arms get smaller. To do this: create a calorie deficit with a good diet and do some weight training. For weight training, you have to make sure the weights are challenging enough. If you can do more than 12 reps with a certain weight, it's too light and it won't do any good.
