Question: Loosing weight.Please help :) All answers are good ansers~!?
Is running and swimming a good way to loose weight all over? Will it also help me loose weight in my thighs and chest area and belly? what can i do to tone my thighs, besides swimming/running, can i do any kind of simple aerobics at home? what kind of foods should i be eating? I am 5 feet 127 pounds.

Yes it will. You are doing great. You can't decide where is your body going to lose weight there is no such thing as spot removal. But overall you are going to get toned. You don't need to do nothing more. Eat food high in fiber and meal should not contain more than 10% fat, fruit vegetable etc. Don't over eat. Don't lose weight fast it's unhealthy. Have realistic expectation and you will do it.
