Weight-loss again motivation!?!

Question: Weight-loss again motivation!?
Over the past 2years I went from about 190lbs to 143lbs. I was doing great! Eating right, exercising, and of course buying lots of new clothes! :) I had totally changed my life around. But recently I've hit a rough patch. I am now 160lbs :( I've been stressed a lot lately, and am having a hard time getting motivated. I am around tempting things ALL the time because of the people I live with. I bought a new bikini to get motivated, but that did help. Any tips to help me out?

You know what I do to get motivated?
Look at magazines. Look at the clothes and the models, and imagine yourself looking like that in that outfit one day (regardless of whether or not it could happen or not.) Be positive, with a smile on your face, don't do it when you are in an especially bad mood or it could just make you beat yourself up.
Also, throw out all of the ice-cream, cookies, sugary stuff and etc from your kitchen. Looking at food tends to make you hungry.
Stock up your cabinets and refrigerator with good for you foods, like veggies and grilled chicken and fruits. That way when you do head to the kitchen, all around you you only have good choices.
When feeling like you are going to need to binge eat, take a deep breath. Lay on the floor with your legs straight up against a wall, close your eyes, and maybe listen to some calming music for a minute. Or, try doing some stretching or exercising. Exercising tends to have a calming effect that gets your metabolism moving and making you crave sugar and foods less.
Watch TV shows that do not involve food. For instance, avoid Ace of Cakes/Cake Boss and the Food Channel:)
Watch and help other people with their diets, it can have a good effect on you and your attitude toward your own diet.
Buy a pair of jeans that you know you won't fit into, and make it your goal to get into them.
Don't weigh yourself everyday- try just once a week. Everyday the amount of water you hold changes, so you could go up 1-3 pounds.
Also, if you happen to eat something bad for you, STOP. Don't eat anything else. People tend to think that once they have blown it to keep going bad, but instead take a deep breathe, get on here and look at this post. Then try to busy yourself with something else. At first you may feel irritated and bad, but soon you'll be glad you got up and got something else accomplished instead.

I hope this helped and good luck with your weight loss goals. Cheers! :)
