Good enough workout? How much should I be able to lose?!


Question: Good enough workout? How much should I be able to lose?
I'm trying to lose a LOT of weight before spring break (today is February 26th spring break is somtime in April) And I want to know if my work out plan is good enough:

30 minutes on treadmill (5 minutes walking 25 running)
15 on strength training
15 on abs
and a full hour of dance.
6 days a week.

I'm currently about 190 pounds. I don't expect to get to my goal weight by then by i at least want to look good. How much should i way by then?

You are doing great just keep like that.



Well keep in mind that how much you eat also factors in to how much weight you can lose. Dance is cardio, and cardio exercises get rid of your fat. Cardio is basically just anything that gets your heart rate up high, like running, dancing, jumping jacks, and jumping rope. Strength training will just build up your muscles and won't do anything about your fat.

Okay, so the thing is, everyone's body is different and some people lose weight faster than others. It's very hard to predict how much weight you will lose. But if you do want to lose any weight at all, remember that you have to burn more calories than you consume everyday, or else whatever calories you don't burn will be stored as fat and whatnot.
