spinach, fills you up!! high on fiber and like 2 calories per leaf. raw spinach is best. tastes like lettuce, but better!
Thing is, you're actually supposed to be a bit hungry before you go to bed because it creates an appetite for the next morning and your body doesn't burn as many calories/energy when you're sleeping so you don't need food. Just eat 1200-1400 calories a day of healthy foods, 30mins-1hr exercise and you'll be fine.
well just get some water then hike on off to your bedroom and sleep in the morning i eat chocolate mini weats but i need to lose 20 pounds i weigh 165punds and im 11 years old
