How to lose 30 lbs!?!?!?!


Question: How to lose 30 lbs!?!?!?
I need to lose about 30-40 pounds by the very end of April. If I exercise for one hour everyday on my bike, will my legs shrink by the end of April?
I don't want to hear "oh you must cut on the snacks and blah blah blah". Don't mention my calorie count, I've got that completely covered. Iknow about muscle weighing more than fat, so don't tell me that either. I just wanna know how much leg fat I can lose by the end of April.
