Question: How do i calculate my body mass to fat ratio?
i'm losing weight right now and i'm trying to get a six pack back. Any good websites or you have a formula would really help.

The formula for BMI is:

Your weight in pounds times 703 divided by your height in inches squared.

Written another way:

weight * 703 / (height in inches)^2

A more accurate test is the caliber skin fold. Usually you can get this done at the local Y or fitness facility.
