Question: Any ways to lose weight, at least 15-20 pounds by summer 2012?
I want to be skinny
Normal weight
im a bit overweight right now
im 5'3 or 5'4 and i weight like 141-143
I gained A LOT after the summer, and i have no clue why...
It sucks! I feel soo fat
Any fun,good ways to lost weight and KEEP the weight off?

Eat small portions, 5 times a day, the last portion no later than 7pm (you dont want to go to bed with a full stomach). After 7 you may drink some green tea. In the 5 per day small portions make sure you eat lots of protein (lean chicken breast) and steamed veggies. And dont fool yourself by eating large portions, they do have to be small. If you'd like an idea of what a day's meal would look like, I can write it out for you. So, eat 5 small meals a day and you have to work out too. If you've never or rarely worked out in your life, I suggest start with an elliptical, its one of the easiest work outs and burns your calories effectively. This is a healthy, long-term loss of weight plan. It not only will help you loose weight, but also will change your life, your routine and your habits. It will make you healthier and it is long-term. you will have lots more energy and will be content with your body, because not only will you be skinnier you will also be tones (to be tones, you gotta do more than just elliptical though:)))

my experience. I've done it myself.



I just had a beautiful baby girl 4 months ago yesterday, and I too wanted to get back into shape. I lostlmost all of my weight and am back to my pre baby weight. The trick: Cardio, Cardio, Cardio! I run everyday, it is relaxing and is a great way to get your heart pumping and to shed some of those calories. After I run I do a short workout ususuallybout 15-20 minutes, that's all I have time for anyway. The important thing to remember is to keep your heart rate up. If you can't run or workout as much as you want, that's fine, just keep moving! Also you must eat well! Absolutely no soda and drink lots of water. Try to stay away from burgers and greasy food, chicken is a great alternative. Don't make yourself bored or hateful with your workout. Switch it up and make it fun! The Wii fit surprisingly is amazing!

Also when your about to give up, picture your perfect beach bod! Always helps me!



Dont eat any snack foods, instead eat fruits and vegetables! Also, drink lots and lots of water. Its good for your metabolism. By keeping the weight off dont indulge on any chocolate or sweets or fatty foods. Cut your dinner in half and start every day with a bowl of healthy cereal or oatmeal. Hope this helps!
(Ps. dont drink any sugary drinks, they cause MAJOR weight GAIN)
