Question: Fastest Way To Get In Shape?
Ok, I know getting in shape is definitely not easy. I know, I work out and diet but I was wondering what is the best diet and workout plan to get in better shape quicker. I don't care how hard I have to work at it, I just want to get in shape.

Well it's great that you have the motivation to get into shape and you're willing to do pretty much anything that may be hard.

In order to lose body fat, cardio is the key, which includes exercises such as running, jogging, fast-paced walking, working out on the elliptical, swimming, dancing etc. Basically, lots of aerobic exercises. Try and aim for 30 minutes per day, at least 5 days a week if you're wanting to get in shape quickly. On top of that, you want to tone as well or you may end up a bit wobbly in a few places. In order to tone specific areas, you must do weight training. It's not going to bulk you up unless you go crazy on protein shakes, tablets etc, so don't stress. Use dumbells with squats or a resistance band- cheapest ways to get toned.

For the diet part, make sure you eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. Overly said but so true. They will do nothing but good for your body, inside and out. Include fish in your diet at least 3 times a week and when eating red meat, make sure you trim visible fat and choose low-fat cuts. For carbohydrates such as breads, pasta, cereal etc, I can't emphasise how important wholegrains are. They contain more fibre and have a lower GI than white, processed products which will help to keep you fuller for longer and do your waistline good, too.

well if you want to create muscle mass then you should be eating tuna and chicken and great sources of protein.Eat 6 times a day fist size meals with 26g of protein in every meal.
