how to get enough motivation to not give up in bodybuilding!?!


Question: How to get enough motivation to not give up in bodybuilding!?
I always start training then stop through lack of motivation but i hold the knowledge to create a great body!

look at people at the gym who have the body u want...
think that your going to get like them if u stay on your course...

and if u work hard towards it...
40-60 mins 4- 5 times a week is all it takes.



I usually just watch you-tube..Arnold Schwartzenegger's Pumping Iron movie, Mr. Olympia pose downs. Kevin Levrone's channel on YT is very motivational as well. He was a heavyweight champion body builder years ago. He lost all of his muscle because he was supposed to start a movie career, but that didn't work out too well. Currently he is back in great shape, naturally too. ..and you can see the transformation there on his channel.

If that dose not do it for you, take a break for 1 or 2 weeks so you can relax physically and mentally. When you go back in the gym and start to see gains in size and strength, that is all the motivation you will ever need.



Put yourself in situations were even if you wanted to back out of it you couldn't, an example, I lift in the morning with some friends everyday, we carpool, so there my only ride to work, if I dont lift I dont get a ride!
