Is it ok to workout my Chest and abs the same day ?!


Question: Is it ok to workout my Chest and abs the same day ?
Monday I want to workout my Chest,Triceps and Abs the same day, will this be ok ?

Yes, try yoga and yoga poses before working out, it helps to prepare your muscles, and it helps sculpt and gives you fantastic balance! Or you can stretch, but it is perfectly fine to work out your chest muscles, triceps, and abdominals in the same day! :) I don't work out chest or triceps all that much, because I am a female, but when I work out with my boys they do it all the time. Stretch after also. If your gym has a steam room, it helps relax your muscle's. Good luck!



I work out my entire upper body and abs every other day.
I work out my lower body, back, obliques, and core on the days in between.
This allows almost 48 hours between workouts for individual muscle and whole muscle groups.
That is how muscle grows.
We tear it with the workout.
It repairs with new muscle tissue. Rest helps it heal completely.
Take one day of total rest per week.
Maybe a 30 minute brisk walk or easy jog to stretch the muscles.

Well something to keep in mind is bulking and cutting(definition) is done by diet, not by how you workout. many professional body builders don't change the way the workout when they are cutting and bulking, they just change their diet.( from my brother)
