Why is bottled Poland Spring water unhealthy?!

all bottled water is just packaged tap water, which you get for free from your tap. Some brands put things in it, like Nestle who lace their water with sodium so it makes you thirstier.

Also, the BPA from the plastic gives you cancer.

bottled water from anywhere isn't healthy, the plastic bottle leaks chemicals in the water. Known as BPA.

there hasn't been proper studies done on BPA effects but it has been found to be harmful in tons of ways
just use a non BPA water container and fill it with tap water to be safe i guess
