How long should it take to drop 5% body fat?!

Question: How long should it take to drop 5% body fat?
I'm 15 and around 15% body fat. I want to get that down to 10% as soon as possible. I don't want to buy special programs or pills. I also am not trying to lose weight, only burn fat and replace with muscle so dieting obviously wouldn't help. I lift weights 4-5 times a week and am only able to run on occasion but I'm trying to do more. How long should it take to lose 5% fat and what are some other helpful way or tips? Thanks!

cut the carbs way down low to 30 - 50 pd BUT eat at least 200 g of protein pd - this acts as a natural fat burner so eventually you will be 5% ,no worries..

you can't just replace fat with muscle....fat doesn't turn into mucle
you are going to either have to lower your calorie intake to lose weight or exercise more to burn more than what you eat
the former is the easier option
just go to a calorie counter website and see what your calorie intake was for the day
then keep it about 500 calories under that untill you are happy with the results

The only way to lose fat is to burn it off, either by eating less than your body uses to stay alive + exercise. If you weigh, say, 150 lb, 5% of your body fat is 7.5 lb, which is the same as 26,250 calories. If you burn 26,250 calories more than you eat, you'll lose 5% body fat.

26,250 calories is about a month of eating half of your regular calories, day in, day out.

Hey, I started this program not too long ago, and its been amazing! A trainer at the gym recommended it to me. I love it. I've been using it for almost three months now. It's great. I've lost alot of weight! lol Maybe this is something you're looking for.

Good luck!

I never knew losing weight could be easy at all until I gave a diet program a trial. I'm so impressed with the outcome that I recommend it will be of help to you.
