Stop being a lazy slob, Drink tons of water(so you piss alot), No more deserts(Nothing sweet), Eat only grilled lean foods(No Beef!!!!) Lift weights routinely, and be sure to incorporate some light to medium cardio.
well first improve your eating with more steak and vegetables and stuff and for the excercise part... if you live in a hilly place get some of your friends together and walk up the hills around your area for an hour and in the middle find a park and do some sprints, 50 sit up, 20 crunces and so on haha worked for my mum :)
