If you have an iPod Touch or iPhone, there is an application called Lose It. It is a free app. If you plug in all of your information (weight, height, age, ect) and what your objective weight is, it will tell you how many calories to eat a day. You can then add what food you eat during the day and it will calculate the calories and add them up. You can also add your exercise to subtract calories. It's really helpful!
hey zoey....cut down on whatever fried/fat stuff you have on usual basis...i know its a huge thing to do but you can eat fruits...lot of fruits...letuce...Subway sandwiches arnt tht mch fattening...drink lot of water....exercise also to burn water weight (ofcourse you cannot just eat right and loose weight)

dont starve but eat less and healthier ... you probably won't be able to calculate calories and stuff like that if you are only 14
