Question: Okay I'm 14 and I'm anorexic and so is my best friend.?
We know we have a problem and we need help. Our families don't care. And we can't stop it by ourselves. We are fourteen years old and I'm 5"3' and my friend is 5"7 I weigh appox. 72 pounds and my friend weights 75. We starve ourselves and eat very little. It's not so much as puking but just not eating. We will sometimes throw up from the starvation but all it is, is acid. We can't go to a hospital or therapy because we live in a small town which doesn't have either. People have suggested school councilor but we are homeschooled. Please help us, for we fear we may not have to ,much longer to live.

I have no eating disorders I eat ALOT and im 5 ft 1 and 75 pounds and i hate it cuz no matter how much i try i cant gain weight. I think u shulld try to eat cuz if u look the same as me, its discusting im rail thin and got knobbly knees and i have to wear jeans all the time so plz at least u can gain weight, i cant and ive tried all those weight gain shakes . This is what I eat

Ur beautiful just the way you are start eating slowly and being active your gole wight should be around 120 I'm 5'7 and 125 please don't starve your self trust me your amazing god made you perfect. Be healthy and eat!! God bless you(:

My cousin (who is like a sister to me) is going through this, she's about 5'4" and weighs 88 pounds. She's made some progress here because before that she weighed about 74 pounds. No one cared that she got better or anything (except me but I barely ever saw her) so she handled this herself.

Ease back into it slowly. Eat more day by day, but don't eat unhealthily. And for gods sake throw away ALL mirrors and scales as this would only ruin your progress. Don't wear too tight clothes as this will make you more aware about any gain.

Girls, I know this is hard and yes, you WILL gain weight, but you will NOT be fat when you do gain it. Trust me. You have to be strong. Think of it this way: once you've made progress and are healthy once again you will be noticed more, you will feel better, you will be less ill and let's face it, you'll look damn hot in a healthy body.

Help each other through this and don't convince yourself not to eat, you have to eat to survive. I'm not saying you have to eat a whole fast food place, I'm saying you have to eat healthy food to survive.
