I am not asking to become 100 pounds and or starve myself -____-
I want to have a completely flat tummy in about 2 months .

I am 14 , 121 pounds , 5'4 .
I run 8:40 miles & I do like to eat , but when I think of the body I COULD be having , I become less hungry .

The girl in the picture is completely flat and I want a belly piercing so badly with a perfect tummy (:

Any things I should cut back , things I should do more often , or things I should not do ?
Any more advice would be awesome <3 Thaaaanks !

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.



To get a flat belly and a beautiful tummy, you need to follow a good natural routine. Do jogging, yoga at home, deep stomach breathing, walk in the fresh air for 15 to 30 minutes... eat healthy, fresh foods. And don't forget to drink a lot of water daily.

Basically you need 6 things (been there, done that so I’m talking from experience).

A good angle, well developed rib cage, push-up bra, pulling your belly button in, holding your breath in and being skinny.


A good angle is from the top or the bottom to accentuate flatness (a flat belly does not look so good if you just face it).

A well developed rib cage is genetic. You cannot develop a big rib cage, or large hip bones or protruding collar bones or high cheek bones, unless you were born with the genetic ability to do so.

Wearing a push up bra will give you a noticeable cleavage. You can also get fake boobs (not at 14) but they really look fake. With a push-up bra, all you see is mostly all there is and the only disappointed person is the guy who’s going to unhook your bra and realize that you really just have small boobs (not at 14) as you cannot logically have body fat in your chest and no body fat anywhere else in your body. Push-up bras are extremely uncomfortable but bearable for the time to take a picture. You have the tight pull up system with the straps cutting into your shoulders or the heavy water system that can leak.

Pulling your belly button in is a must. Like you want your belly button to touch your spine. You can only last a few seconds if you’re not used to it. But if you do that all the time, you’ll get used to it, like adopting a straight posture when sitting.

If you really pull in your belly button, for a few seconds for a picture, you have to hold your breath in to accentuate your rib cage.

Being skinny is also necessary. At 14, 5’4, your healthy lower weight would be 92 pounds with a 15.8 BMI.

You’re only 14 and 5’4 and still have some growing up to do. Do not eat less and “become less hungry because you’re thinking of the body you COULD be having”...this in nonsense.

Why do you want a belly piercing so badly? Your skin is your first line of defense to protect you from germs and diseases. It’s the biggest organ in your body. Germs on your hands are harmless until you put your finger up your nose, in your mouth, or touch your eyes or ears or any other holes in your body.
Piercing your skin is weakening your body and opening up ways for infections. Your skin and your body will constantly fight off foreign objects like rings or earrings. Then you have to take everything off and you’re left with the scarring.



Cut back on Salts, Sodium, Sugar, Fats :-) Drink lots of water - Don't drink soda/soft drinks, alcohol
*If you can make sure you can eat some veggies and fruits and get your fiber :)

[For myself I began with eating raisin bran (an off brand I like it better) cereal with one or 2 %milk - for my first meal. After I would snack pretty healthy through out the day maybe a granola bar, apple, banana, orange, healthy yummy crackers - just some snacks to keep up my energy and not over eating - My last meal of the day would typically be a subway sandwich lol.

Do crunches and go jogging or running at least 4 times a week for at least 45minutes - 60minutes is better however. (=

If you are not use to the cardio workouts you can start with shorter times like began your first week with a 10-15min jog/run then next up it to a 30min and so on..

Combine these together and it will work!!



You have to reduce your body fat percentage overall to show any muscle tone you've built. Muscle definition, especially in the ab area won't be visible with a layer of fat on top.
To reduce your bodyfat percentage, continue to do the regular exercise you are doing, and be more stingy about your diet. Your diet is a crucial part in sculpting the body you want. It's not a bad thing to love to eat, as you say, but be sure you are eating the right things and in appropriate portions. It's pretty simple. Stick to nature and you can never go wrong. That means lean protein (chicken breast, turkey breast, eggs, fish, or vegetarian options if you prefer), fruits and veggies, and little-to-moderate amounts of whole grains and fats. Nuts and seeds are very good for you, but they're still very caloric, so just be conscious of it.
A serving of meat should look like a deck of cards. A handful of nuts is plenty. Burn more than you are consuming and you will lose weight. With your stats you don't need to lose weight, but toning up will make a big difference.
