How can I lose 10-15 lbs in two weeks?!


Question: How can I lose 10-15 lbs in two weeks?
I am 16 and 30 lbs over weight. i have a dress I have to fit into in two weeks and i needs to lose 10-15 lbs. I live in a boarding school and eat cafeteria food everyday, what is the best way I can do this?

you''re probably thinking about those diet pills and drugs but believe me they make you lose hair, and they make you lose your health way more than the grams that u will lose

follow a diet high in protein, low in carbs ad fats.
don't eat food with high fats,hydrogenated fats or sugars.
avoid salt
eat skinless chicken( don't fry it ), fruits as breakfeast , low fat milk, food high in fiber (brown rice, brown spaghety).
eat salads before your main meals .
2 cups of tea a day helps you lose weight also, food rich in antioxydent ( blueberries,strawberries...)

however you might follow some restricted diets :
Milk and banana( you only eat those 2 for 2 weeks) diet
rice and milk ( also) diet
pinapple diet( you only eat it for 2 weeks) diet

what you want is not going to happen, and if you did lose that amount of weight it would come back within a matter of weeks.

the 15kg you want to lose is best done by cutting down on the amount of food you eat daily and hoping that that will yield a 1-2kg loss in weight each week.



Cardio, lots of it and 4-6 small meals throughout the day. A lot of water also aids in weight loss, as well as a little bit of protein with every meal. Good luck and hope I helped:)
