You won't lose much as your body will automatically slow down due to a built in starvation mode. Plus, you wouldn't have enough energy to function. as for example, driving to work, or at the gym. Generally, a man needs 2000 calories, especially your size and energy level, plus, you currently weigh 350. Okay, all that mass has blood vessels and nerves and needs to be fed. You would be in the blue funks if you ate like a little girl. In my case, I can eat 1200 calories per day and lose about 15 lbs in three months as I don't weigh much and am way shorter and a female. However, I can't survive on 1000 calories per day. What I would end up doing is waking up and making crepes, or a bread practically in my sleep. My body would circumvent my brain and make me eat. Therefore, I don't miss a meal. It is disheartening to walk into the kitchen and see pots and pans and realize I made homemade noodles due to hunger, like sleep walking. I can't starve. Nor should a male at your height. You need nourishment. Consequently, you might lose about ten lbs, of which five lbs. is water weight which your body will pull right back once you up the ante and eat for your size/total mass. Actually, you might be solid muscle and active in which case, you really should not undertake any type of starvation diet. So, bottom line, please run this by the doctor if you are serious. If this is just curiosity, then, ignore everything I wrote. I think I covered all the questions based on the information given in the last week.

it's not recommended to go below 1200 calories per day. the main thing is to change your EATING HABITS. you cannot live on carrots for a few months, and then go back to eating twinkies all the time.

about 2-3 lbs a week is recommended.

i've lost 28 pounds in the last few months.

What is your height or age?

I'd imagine you'd lose about 45-50 pounds.
