Hope it helps. You can ignore your weight loss program only at your peril. Do not think that treating your body without respect is fine; one day the slap will be too hard to accept. So, be professional and go after your inch loss as if it is a habit; do you find brusing your teeth boring? Well! need not write more.

Motivation is key when you want to loose weight, not only should you have people to support you, but most of all, you should motivate yourself, because without motivation, you won't get far..

You need to learn how to control food, don't let it control you..
Portion control is key to stop eating so much -- also taking small bites and chewing slowly really helps in making you feel full (it can take up to 20 mins. for the stomach to signal the brain that it is full)

Eating while bored is one of the worse things you can do, if this happens to you again, avoid the food by drinking water, going for a walk, singin a song or dristract yourself with something

A great way of staying motivated is by getting friends and family involved in changing your LIFESTYLE (diets don't work, you need to change your whole lifestyle in order to loose weight and keep it off)

Another thing that can help you stay motivated is by making a bet with someone on who can loose the most weigh in a certain amount of time and whoever wins get a prize, something like that is sure to help you since you will feel forced to win a competition...

I really hope this helps and good luck with staying motivated!

put up a picture of the body you want by your mirror.

Also, find healthy foods you actually like eating, and find exercises you have fun doing.

The best way i find is to lose weight with a friend, go jogging or join the gym together. You'll feel motivated to keep up with each other and it can become like a mini competition to see who can lose the most fastest

Eat only when you are hungry. Bonus weight loss tips here–> (make sure you are not just thirsty!)Some of us have the tendency to eat whenever we see food. We use parties as an excuse to stuff our selves. Understand that the effect of a whole week of dieting can be wasted by just one day’s party food. Whenever you are offered something to eat do not decline it completely bit just break of a nibble so that you appear to mind your manners and at the same time can watch your diet.

5 weight loss motivation tips.
1.Surround yourself with slim people.
2.Think slim.
3.Be fair to yourself. Aim to eat sensibly and healthily most of the time, not all the time.
4.Weight loss is not a cure-all.
5.Eat when you are hungry.

No workout - you stay the ugly fat fu?k that you are.

Workout - just google some male models or something :D

If you have a wife / GF then think about how much more turned on they will be. Women in general actually.
