Can I mix them all and consume as one shake? Im mixing with water btw :)
Will mixing creatine with these lessen the effects of either the protein or creatine?

I mix this all the time and it is great!!!!! You will be fine mixing them together!!! I use a vanilla whey from http://www.buybulkwhey.com
