Small snacks between meals actually rev up your metabolism, so I would suggest making up little healthy snack packs that you can grab when you're hungry, fill them with a little trail mix, some crackers with hummus, or some fresh vegetables. You can also try drinking a big glass of water when you're hungry, alot of people mistake thirst for hunger. I like to put a slice of lemon in mine. I also use tea tree toothpicks to chew on when I'm just bored and want to eat.

snacking is my biggest problem too, when you get a craving for a snack try and find something to do and distract yourself. snacking is just a habit that needs to be broken, most of us do it out of boredom and then it becomes routine. If you are genuinely hungry have something like a crunchy apple or some yogurt with granola. something with crunch is good because it really gives that sensation of satisfaction we get from eating, even if its something small. also drink lots of water, flavour it with something if that helps, water fills the stomach so it doesn't feel empty and you don't feel hungry.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

do the following these really help a lot of people;

1) drink plenty of water especially when you first get up in the morning like 16 - 30 ounces,

2) eat 6 mini healthy meals daily along with 12 - 16 ounces of water, instead of trying to eat 3 full meals, this will help you cut back on your cravings,

3) search for a good exercise program that focuses on belly lost as a diabetic you must keep the belly as flat as possible..

Firstly, hide away all thoes junk food in a place where you can't see them. Or better, stop buying them!
Next, keep your hands busy! Exercise! You can't lose weight just by not snacking! You have to get up, get jumpy! 20 mins of exercise per day should be good enough.
Thrid, NEVERRRR watch food commercial ever again! Hehe jk. Ofc you can watch them but tried to avoid them because they can make you hungry :3
Lastly, Go out and play. Have fun and stay away from food !

P.S. Please eat if you're really hungry. I don't want you to strave urself >:/

Hey, the reason your craving snacks is because your addicted to fructose, whenever you eat sucrose, the dopamine in your brain says your not full, therefore, if you don't eat over 20g of sugar a day, you will break your sugar addiction and not have cravings anymore!!! Check out David Gillespies book, "sweet poison" for more info

for every snack have a protein bar, very good for health high in carbs and protein, oh yeah and dont forget work out aswell. get those biceps umped up with dumbbells (bicep curls) work out on arm and do 25 situps/crunches every morning and night
hope that helped

Drink a glass of water every 30 mins so that you wont feel hungry that you need to snack.

Eat low GI foods so that you feel full/satisfied longer, such as whole-grain bread/pasta, sweet potatoes, avocado and etc.

Hope this helps and good luck.

right im guessing ur a girl...

so i cant stop u but when your food/snacks run out in ur house ask ur mum not to buy any more snacks from the supermarket and only get stuf u need like brekfast/dinner stuf
