How much protein should I drink?!


Question: How much protein should I drink?
I weigh 54kg and not to sure how much to consume?

I need to know for my weight what is the protein I should consume in a day then I'll take away the number of very little protein I currently get from my diet so I know how much I should be drinking.

Also, I'm in the UK so I can't have people giving answers of how much protein per lb I should use, we don't have lb here!

Please help!

Ideally, you should consume 0.36 grams of protein for every pound of body weight, according to recommended daily allowances (RDA) set by the Food and Nutrition Board. So if you weigh 170 pounds, you need about 61 grams of protein each day.

Protein should also make up approximately 15% of your total daily caloric intake, also according to the RDA. In a diet of 1,800 calories a day, for example, about 270 of those calories should come from protein

I am in UK too and there are 2.2lbs in a kilogram.
eg 170lbs = a scrap over 77kgs

2scoops of protein powder mixed in water STRAIGHT AFTER every workout, not before. Dont drink the protein powder and go straight to sleep so if yo work out late, work out earlier.
Oh yeah and if you dont work out and still drink it, you will just get fat because protein turns into fat if you dont work it.
So work out if you dont
