How much is too much caffeine?!


Question: How much is too much caffeine?
I have a cup of coffee a day and a cup of tea at night, before heading to bed. Will this make it impossible to lose weight, or is it alright?

Answers:

When you are having to much caffeine, your heartbeat will be will racing, you will feel hot especially at your ear and your limb will tremble, e.g when you are holding a pencil or pen.

You are not having too much caffeine and you are using the caffeine on the wrong way in weight lose. If you are heading to sleep, don't take caffeine drink, it will make your heart race and you will have difficulties getting to sleep. An if you did not get enough sleep, your body will not be able to process the toxic out of your body and thus have a impact on your weight lose plan.

Caffeine on the other hand is to help you to burns fats. As mention earlier, it has the effective of making your blood goes faster, thus good for before exercise and it make your system work harder. (Note Caffeine with sugar will not aid in weight lose). Some gym instructor will told their client to drink a cup of bad coffee without sugar before they start their gym section and caffeine is use in most product dealing with weight lose like medicine, cream, etc.

too much caffeine is more than five strong cups of coffee a day! you have hardly any, but don't have your tea too shortly before bed or it could have an effect on your sleep. this should not effect any attempts to lose weight, you're fine.



once the body gets used to Caffeine then it has no effect whatsoever on sleep patterns ,just drinking a black one as im typing this - coffee is good for weight loss ,remember the ECA stack ?



the caffeine at night may cause sleep issues. it will also cause you to get up and pee several times. two cups a day is nothing to worry about.



Coffee antd tea have little to do with gaining or losing weight.
Tea is a mild eccitant, good luck drinking it before sleeping.,,, I bet you dream nice.
