Question: Does adding weights to your ab routine make your muscles more defined?
My body fat percentage is now at 8.7%. I work out my abs daily and can now see them showing. Will adding weights make them bigger?

yes ,works for many including myself - just perform some crunches / incline sit ups with a weight on your chest or behind your head to get the cuts knuckle deep,then add more resistance as they get stronger...
