Drop 10 Pounds - what to do?!

Question: Drop 10 Pounds - what to do?
I'm in my early 20s, 5'1'', 117 lbs...I'm trying to lose 10lbs...max maybe 15.
I have an athletic body, my abs, calfs arms, and back are very toned however I fat building up over them...haha

I can't diet no matter what. I try to eat healthy, and eat home cooked meals mostly, but I eat out often at school. So my hope to losing the weight is working out. Currently, I'm very busy working, and trying to graduate. So I don't have a lot of time.
I am thinking of trying the 30 day shred?

Last year I tried insanity for a month...I hated it...I got bulky especially in my legs instead of losing fat...I just want to get toned and lose the fat.

So my question is...will 30 day shred help me lose the fat? Is there any other dvds you can recommend! (safe workouts too plz)

:)

thanks

do you know what push ups are? do you reckon you can do 100 of them each morning? If you want you can do 100 in 240 seconds.. maybe you can spare 240 seconds.,,,

swimming is really good for burning calories,
use smaller plates and eat less,
drink lots of water, and this will make you feel fuller, but not to much
and cut out carbs!
but proteins and fats are good as they break down o other stuff aswell as just fat

Run run run! Even if its just a mile a day. Running works so many muscles without having to do alot of different workouts. Its a great stress reliever and you feel amazing after you have gone for a long. good, challenging run. Yes you will lose that weight and more

maybe get off this site and go find a health forum where they don't thumb down the ones that suggest

> SWIMMING <

or if you are the one doing the thumbing, then good luck to you getting fit.

Half an hour of dancing equals up to 1 hour of walking. Healthy eating is good also. Three meals a day

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)
