wow those berries are extremely healthy!:)Try to add more protein(like nuts seeds grains lean meat or beans)and more veggies!(fresh!and all colourful)some fruit too. .give yourself a pat on the back for the achievment so far switching sodas is hard stuff!.how about starting off with the most important meal of the day?.. breakfast!:)it literally is breaking the fast so try to have a good one.Maybe some blue berries and rasberries over some porridge?...or with some yogurt?try smoothies!..after a while ou wont notice yoour taste buds changing!...some nice healthy foods;eggs,grilled chicken,soya milk,dark chocolate,oat biscuits,fruits,veggies,whole grain cereals and breads,reduced suger sweets...best of luck!being healthy is a lifestyle not just a food thing and also means happy.Dont be afraid to treat yourself every now and again!:)
you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines..and if you need to lose weight,,you should average about 10 lbs a month.
1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.
(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)
Have you considered lacto-ovo vegetarian? It is healthy eating and a longer life span.
