If you're in recovery for anorexia you really shouldn't limit what you can and can't eat like that. I say you eat whatever you want. 5'4 and 105lbs is too thin, underweight, eat some real food.

I wish you all the best, please don't think "It's too hard, I'd rather continue on with my disease". You need food to live, you can't NOT eat.

I know how you feel, I'm about to become vegan for weight loss reasons. I know all about the binging but I'm learning to ignore it. I guess I'm not really in 'recovery'. Calories and weight consume my every though! You shouldn't continue, it's not good for you. Yeah I know, hypocrite. But I know what I'm doing is bad for me but I can't do anything about it. Hope all goes well x

First of all, it's great that you are trying to recover. You shouldn't really limit what you can and can't eat, but I would gradually increase what I ate until I was eating a normal amount of food per day. As for being vegan, you should stop if the only reason you are doing it is to stay thin. If you are a vegan because of your personal beliefs, that is perfectly fine and you should stay vegan. If you do chose to eat meat again, make sure you start by eating only small amounts a day. This is because after not having meat for a while, your stomach will not be as used to digesting it, and it will upset your stomach if you eat a lot of meat right after you have been vegan/ vegetarian for a long time.

It is great that you are trying to recover. Good luck!
