How much weight should a 14 year girl lift?!


Question: How much weight should a 14 year girl lift?
I'm 14 and a girl and I lift 5 pound weights everyday. How much should I be lifting? 3 pounds? What's the maximum because I thought 5 was okay but I wanna know if 5 pounds for My age is good or is it just going to build muscle instead of burning arm fat?
