What are some foods that help get you to your daily calorie need?!

Question: What are some foods that help get you to your daily calorie need?
I try to eat less but I usually only eat about 600-700 calories when I do that... I think your supposed to have like 1,000 calories a day... what are some foods that are healthy that i can eat to get to 1,000 calories??

Answers:

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

If you use a site like The Daily Plate, you input your age/weight/sex and it will calculate for you how many calories your body needs, you can set it gain weight/lose weight/maintain weight. Your body needs calories or fuel (as I like to to look at it) just to keep your organs functioning right, then add in more fuel for daily activity and if you are active or exercising, even more fuel.
I like to snack on almonds, they are a good source of protein and are filling - just 12 nuts is about 100 calories. I've also started eating a heartier breakfast of steel cut oats w/ fresh fruit or eggs - it's good to eat a well balanced hearty breakfast (higher in calories) because it keeps you going until lunch and it's usually the easiest meal to burn off because most people get moving after breakfast.
