How healthy do you think I am?!


Question: How healthy do you think I am?
I weight 101.5 lbs and I'm 169 cm tall... and I walk briskly for 1 hour every day.

BTW I wanna ask: is THAT considered as exercise? Walking?

Answers:

Weight alone does not determine health. If you're eating junk and processed foods constantly. you can be thin but you definitely won't be healthy. Or you can eat fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains and be bigger but still be very healthy.



yeah that is considered as exercise. :)
but i cannot tell you how healthy you are because your health is more than just what you weigh and how tall you are!
you could be considered underweight. but do not worry!
to determine how healthy you are you need to say about what you eat... if you eat the right amount of each food group then you are healthy (balanced diet) and then thats ok... but maybe putting a bit more weight on would be a good idea and you should weigh a bit more than that :)
